  My name is Piotr Płaksej.

  Constantly since 2002 I have been working in law offices rendering legal help services in the areas of civil and economic law.

  I graduated from the faculty of law in 2003 and in 2007 I completed my court apprenticeship. In 2008 I was admitted to the list of barristers of Wroclaw Barrister Chamber.

  I specialize in providing legal help in the area of civil, family and economic (including criminal economic) law. I speak English fluently.

  Since 2009 I have been a PhD student in the Commercial Law Institute of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław.

  Many years of professional experience allows me to offer legal help with cases from various areas of the field of law.

  In practice this Law Office provides legal services in the following areas:

  • giving opinions on and preparing contracts, statutes and rules of procedure
  • writing official letters in preparatory proceedings, letters to court and for other court, administrative authority and social institutions proceedings
  • preparing tender documentation
  • representing a Client in disputes with debtors
  • representing a Client in court, before administrative authorities as well as representation in cases before execution authorities
  • carrying out labour cases
  • debt collection
